Breath of Divinity is BUGGED and DOES NOT WORK.

The skill used for Breath of Divinity grants a shield which serves as a second life. This skill has its own cooldown mechanism which is frustrating and confusing to figure out.

This skill is fundamentally bugged.
1. The shield can break seconds after casting, even when taking no damage. This could be due to the asynchronous "shutdown" activator that tells BoD to turn off.
2. There are conditions where the skill will softlock indefinitely. Meaning the skill will be indefinitely uncastable for the user.

Expected behaviour:
1. I can cast the Dawn Shield skill whenever it is off cooldown.
2. When I can cast the "Dawn Shield" skill, it will refresh the shield buff + knockback buff, and fully reset the buff duration.
The whole point of the value of this item is that it's skill serves as an "extra life", but when it is uncastable, the value is literally nothing. This item's expected value is worth countless amounts of money -- its rarity on philo/marvel speaks to that. How is it possible that an item with so much expected value, fundamentally doesn't work?

    Bumping -- this bug should not be buried. Would like some acknowledgement/prioritization to fix this considering:
    1. How much this items costs
    2. How long this bug has been going on for
    3. How debilitating the bug is. The skill is literally uncastable which is the whole point of the equip's value.
    4. The fact that we currently have a sale for philo books with this item being promoted.

    sadly they do not care about this bug, its been there ever since the ring is out. Personally, its working as intended by nexon. You spend an unbelievable amount at a chance to get the item and then you get a chance that it works fine or it doesnt
