Skill point disappearance for phantom new skills

Thread title: Skills that changed to passive have lost their skill point and are unusable for phantom

Bug type: passive skill, skill point

Description: Since the new patch, I cannot use the buff skills for phantom (cane acceleration and bad luck ward) as their skill point has disappeared after the new patch and there are no skill point to invest in them. I have experienced this continuously since last week Friday and 1:15PM AST on 11th/10/2021.
