Beast Tamer bugs in v.227

Great changes to Beast Tamer in the recent update. However, these bugs were introduced v.227:

* The tree summoned by Champ Charge in cat mode is active for 10 seconds and not 40 second as specified in the description.
* Champ Charge: The special buffs are not detailed in the skill description.
* Skill points from potentials (All Skills +X), decent combat orders, and combat orders, are added to the skills in the skill view but they don't have any effect. This bug affects all classes.
* Meow Card: The new buff duration as stated in the patch notes and the skill description is not applied.
* Meow Card: Not affected by buff duration bonuses from legion and item potentials
* Meow Card: Does not always activate but the cooldown is applied. It sometimes happens when using the skill immediately after changing to the cat mode. This issue existed before v.227
* Purr Zone: Does a small fraction of the damage specified in the description. Other summon skills such as Bro Attack, Lil Fort, Cat's Cradle Blitzkrieg, and Nightmare Invite (Lucid soul) do 10 times more damage relative to % damage. For example: Bro attack has 300% damage and does 190m per line while Purr Zone has 790% damage (level 7) and does 45m per line. This issue existed before v.227.
