Bug type: Failure to use the hair change coupon

Brief bug summary: I've tried to use the tutorial and the cash shop item to change my hair style, but the window immediately closes and refunds me the coupon

More details: I've tried to use the tutorial hair coupon earlier in the day and it failed. Later on I bought the hair choice coupon and I received the same failure. I was also wondering if I can swap the hair color of the coupon I bought? I got the orange hair style, but prefer the black one. I found the same bug report discussion, but the one I found was from Dec 2020 and I'm assuming this issue hasn't been resolved?

Steps to reproduce: Double click hair coupon. Select style, press ok, get a pop up window "Failed to use hair item"
