Maple Fest 2021 Code Giving Error

Hi there,

When I try to enter the code from Maple Fest 2021 into the coupon section of the cash shop it gives me the following error: "Failed to use coupon due to an unknown error"

I have confirmed that I am entering the correct code. Any other code gives the regular "Please make sure the coupon number is correct" I have tried on multiple characters, I've tried restarting the game.
