Brief bug summary: Jett Link skill displays giving 0 stats and does not give any stats

More details: Jetts link skill when does not give any stats although going on Jett and checking thr skill I see that it should but hovering over it says +0 for all stats (when linked).

Steps to reproduce: Just check Jett link skill

Character level:237

Character job: Adele

World name: GMS Reboot
