Cash Shop bugged

I can't enter the cash shop either for some reason. I tried on several characters, and it said, "You cannot enter the Cash Shop, try again later."

Edit: Yes, I am telling the truth here.

    Hi Mapler,

    There was a short one hour cash shop maintenance at 5:00 AM PST on the 18th, perhaps this is why you could not enter the cash shop. If you are still having issues entering the cash shop, please let us know!
