Missing Xenon's 5th Job Skills in V Matrix

I recently advanced Xenon's 5th job and as I was sorting through his 5th job skills in the V Matrix, 2 of his skill/nodes completely disappeared. One is called Core Overload and the other is Hypogram Field: Fusion. Now the weird thing is, I can still use those 2 skills that I mention, I can see them in my spell book and even place them on my action bars, but when I open up the V Matrix, they are completely gone... they are not in any active slot and they are not listed below where all your unequip nodes go to.

I tried relogging out of the game but they are still missing in the V Matrix
