log in problem in NA reboot

I have a problem to log in at NA , when I try to pick a channel I get an error telling me my account is already logged in. and then I get a message that I must exit.
I play in reboot , but I have the same problem in all the servers in NA.
It seems there is no problem in EU.
please help me.
