My shark can't equip the shark tube

My pet shark cannot equip Tube (pet equipment for shark)， I wasted my money......

    From what I can find, there were two different equips released for Shark pet in the past, Tube and Mini Tube. Your Shark must be the kind that can only use the Mini Tube, which is not currently available.

    I will report this issue, but would appreciate your adding details of your character IGN and world, and when (approximately) you obtained the Shark pet.

    Also, please contact Customer Support at http://support-maplestory.nexon.net if you would like to return the Tube for a refund.
