Root Abyss prequest bugged with Mihile?

Hi.
I'm not able to complete Root Abyss prequest with my Mihile because Neinheart (npc) is not there when quest teleports me to Empress' Road : Erve. This is probably because Mihiles Empress' Road : Erve map is different than the map that quest teleports you to complete it.

    You probably need to complete some Mihile story quest that has temporarily moved Neinheart away. Check whether you have any such quests In Progress or Available.
