Unseal Genesis Weapon Issue from Adverture Job

I am a pathfinder in Reboot NA. So I want to ask below questions about unsealing Genesis Weapon:

1) If my job is pathfinder and there is a sealed Genesis Crossbow in my bag, can I unsealed it in normal process? (of course for the first 3 bosses Aka/Von Leon/Mag I needed to tranfer to marksman and equip the sealed Genesis Crossbow)
2) If the answer of the first question is yes, then after defeating lotus and the weapon will become unsealed for the first stage and will have the character background effect. If I use the fusion anvil to move the appearance of the unsealed weapon to weapon A and then again move the appearance of weapon A to an arcane weapon, then the arcane weapon will have the character background effect of the unsealed Genesis, right?
