Game Freeze After Cutscene

I have gone through the Arcana questline and after each video scene that plays the game fails to load back in resulting in a black screen. When I click anywhere the game becomes unresponsive and I have to close out of it completely and reload the game. After I reload the game, it does log me in to the correct map and I can continue.
