Burning Event: Rewards for level 210 not found

Description: I just reached level 210 on my character named Vinc1809 a couple of days ago but the Burning Event rewards (Eternal Flame Ring coupon, Nodestone (x50), Experience Nodestone (x3) have not been sent to my account. I have looked for them in the Star icon section, the lightbulb icon section but I found nothing.

Character name: Vinc1809

Character level: 213

Character job: Ark

World name: NA Reboot

Time Zone: GMT +7
