Hieizan questline possible bug?

Brief bug summary: I was completing the Hieizan questline for the Sengoku Treasure accessories and started with Ayame's first. After beating Princess No with Ayame, I was sent back to the master room and didn't get the belt and didn't have the option to pick another potion to complete it as Kanna or Hayato. I also noticed that I still had the metamorph potion that allows me to transform into Ayame even though I completed it, so I dropped it and couldn't get another one from Ayame. Currently the only option I get from talking to Ayame is the option to fight Princess No.
