exchange lucid coins for will coins

i have had a massive accident, me and my fat fingers managed to exchange all of my droplets for lucid coins, when i wanted 2 pieces from lucid shop and 1 from will shop. i feel like there should be a way to either exchange the coins back into droplets or exchange them into will coins having it cost 1 will droplet per coin.
my progression had been delayed so much because of this. and support refuses to undo my mistake by taking my coins and giving me back the droplets. and then told me to come here..
