Bug type: Unable to get Fragment Fiend Achievement

Brief bug summary:
I have been trying to get the Fragment Fiend achievement for several days now. The description says to "Kill Nene with 5 Fragments remaining". I have made sure of this several times but unable to get this achievement. I have tried to kill Nene with more than 5 Fragments remaining as well.

Steps to reproduce:
Kill Nene with at least 5 Fragments remaining

World name: Bera
