Remove pointless channels

Was thinking that our Europe maple doesn't need 20 or so channels, and that removing them would potentially help run the game better or something.
Maybe it would also help to bring us closer together by removing the things that keep us apart.

Isn't having only 5 channels enough? Especially when our population isn't that high to begin with.
