The cash shop should be account wide.
I am a Belgian player and due to Belgian laws i am unable to buy any rng related item in the cash shop. Due to this as a reboot player i am unable to get any new nx. Aside from everlasting returning nx packages. KMS has been releasing lots of new10k nx packages, i hope gms wil to and not put them is pssb.
