Runtime error

I can play maple just fine , do all bosses until I try enter slime with my guildies , since every time I go in I see the slime appear but before I should go into the real battlefield the game crashes and I get a runtime error . Honestly forgot to write the exact worse I get down but is anyone maybe able to tell me fi I can solve this somehow or that slime is a no go for me until forever ?
