Brief bug summary: As the title states the Donation box is missing in Nautilus Harbor.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to Nautilus
2) Locate the NPC Dalair
3) Realize that the Donation Box isn't next to him.

Character job: Battle Mage

World name: Reboot (NA)
