Solved: Sunny Sunday March 6th bugged?

For the 6th of March we are supposed to get 100% Star Force enhancements, but I didn't get one for the 14 to 15th star (on top of booming and losing my cash). It doesn't seem like it was working on my character, does anyone else has this issue?

Turns out it is 100% from 15 stars to 16, which is kinda dumb.
