Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows the rules for creating free-to-play, free-to-download MapleStory fan video games. I know there were a couple Flash games, but they're obviously no longer functioning, and therefore trying to find the original developers isn't likely. Are there sprites we are/aren't allowed to use? Can it use MapleStory music and sounds? How about backgrounds and NPCs? I tried looking through the forum posts, but didn't see any pins or notable information. My fan game would be made in C#, and be free to download and play off of a Weebly website.

Thanks,
AK712

If, when starting a game like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, you receive an error message such as "Cannot start Counter-Strike: Global Offensive process - Access refused (0x5)," there are a number of fixes you can try. Try running Steam and the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive as administrators, for instance. Or Start the Task Manager by pressing the keyboard shortcuts "CTRL + SHIFT + ESC." After this, it usually works for me. I encourage individuals who have not yet downloaded a game to do so because, due to the website https://skincashier.com, I make a respectable living selling skins.
