Can you share the actual Boss Item Drop Rate?

I'm just curious on the drop rate of Boss Item. For example, I've ran Cpap in Reboot world for 94 times and not seeing a single pap mark dropped in the past 2 years. I really don think this makes sense at all considering I've been running on my dropping gear with legion coupon most of the time.
