Pet isnt showing up in cash shop inventory

The bug is simple, trying to trade a pet between Mercedes and Cain (two classes which are supposed to be transferrable since they're Nova and Heroes) but when I put the cash shop pet into the cash inventory on my Kain, it isnt showing up in the inventory on my Mercedes. The server is reboot if that has anything to do with it. Also im pretty new to maplestory so please correct me if I'm doing something wrong, thanks!

    Kain is a Nova, so only shares cash storage with other Nova (Kaiser, Angelic Buster, and Cadena).
    Mercedes is a Hero, so only shares cash storage with other Heroes (Aran, Phantom, Luminous, Evan, and Shade).
