Game won't run after selecting a char. [RESOLVED]

For context; I was able to play for a while after the update but I think when I changed my chatbox window to pop out mode and logged out, it no longer lets me log in.
I've tried using different characters, different worlds, making a new character in a different world, and even uninstalling the game and re-installing the game but nothing worked. So I'm at a loss.

EDIT:
Just full screen when you launch the game and stay full screen when you pic your character. And turn off pop-out chat box once in game.
Resolved thanks to someone else.
