Flames and Cubes Significantly Lower Droprate

Bug type: Gameplay/Boss drops

Brief bug summary: Bosses are dropping considerably lower flames and cubes (especially flames) ever since the v.233 Destiny patch hit live.

More details: I typically get around 10+ flames a week from bosses on a consistent basis, but this week after the patch I only got a single eternal flame from an entire set of weekly bosses from CRA all the way up to HLuWill and Chaos Tenebris. My friends have reported similar experiences. I play in Reboot NA if it makes a difference.

Steps to reproduce: Flames and cubes that normally drop from weekly bosses are not dropping.
