Cannot claim Explorer Redux New Journey gifts

Lvl 109

I am typing Whalfischin/claim in the claim box for the lvl 100 gift and it tells me I am not typing it correctly. There are no special characters in this name. Something is not working properly. I have attempted to claim using:
Whalfischin/claim
Whalfischin / claim
Whalfischin
claim/Whalfsichin

The first option should be correct, but does not work.
