Brief bug summary: weather skipping the tutorial or not, an unforfeitable quest wont be finished.

More details: the first jett tutorial quest "Defeat the guards!" will be stuck at 0\3 both when going through the tutorial and when skipping straight to nautilus. the quest cannot be forfeit.
