Brief bug summary: New account item drop warning disappeared after changing map

Timestamp and explanation:

00:03: When attempting to drop an item, there's a blue box warning saying "The account cannot retrieve the item again after throwing it away. Would you still like to throw it away?"
00:19: Moved to another map and tried to do the same. This time there's no warning at all and any item dropped will vanish immediately.
00:35: Moved back to Lith Harbour and tried again with the same result.
00:41: Changed channel and the warning works again until changing to another map.

Character name: Pallás

Character level: 170

Character job: Paladin

World name: Reboot
