Third tera burn character

All made on a reboot server mind you, Made an Ark prior to the burning event with which I made an NL and tera burned him once the event started. I used the redux burninator on my Ark and continued to level my NL to 200 with which I job changed him to Shadower right before 200. Hit 200 and can't find any way to claim my third burn am I missing something perhaps or is this indeed a bug. I read the recent patch note and saw that there was some conflicts with the burninator and burning character possibly something to do with that.
