MMT tier up rates not applying at the start of MMT

MMT tier up rates did not apply at the start of MMT.

The MMT message appeared, as well as the messages that other players have received their MMT blessing, which signified the start of MMT, but only later did the banner message appear at the start, which I assume applied the real start of the MMT tier up rates.

It seems there is a consensus that this happened to many people.

In past events we were even told stuff like "don't worry if you don't see the banner, it's active for everyone"
