Hayato 2th job bug

I start a new hayato and used the tera burn on him, i pressed the return scroll to nearest town before ending the require quests and now i can't move back to the quest area no matter how much i tried.
i can't get my second job. i would just delete the hayato and open a new one but i already use the tera burn mean i will lose it
please help me with this issue and don't leave me like that stuck with the issue. Thanks
