1080p UI SIZE - REALLY SMALL

Is there any plans on making the UI size in the 1080p res bigger?

For some reason the game only plays smoothly for me at 1080p, but the small downside to that is I CAN BARELY READ ANYTHING.

Just seems like an oversight, this can't possibly be how the envisioned it.
