Cant proceed in Zero Prologue

Reboot server

Prologue of the story, Dark Days quest. Talking to Milo he says to do something in map Field 1-B but nothing is there, nothing spawns. I cant go back, I can't proceed, I cant restart quest, I can't do anything. Help!!
