How to change your home's music?

I haven't seen this option on my housing UI but today I did a bunch of random visits and a handful of homes have changed their music already.

Anyone know how to do that? Is it a drop or quest?

Edit: Did another round of random house visits. All the houses with changed music have this item...

And it is listed as a 'jukebox / special' item in collections so I'm going to assume to change your music you need a jukebox marked furniture item.
