[Fixed] Missing libcurl.dll

This morning my maplestory running without any problem and afternoon it suddenly missing libcurl.dll file.
I tried to reinstall the game but it doesn't work.
Can you provide me a way to solve this problem?

I repair all my microsoft visual c++ 2xxx and it works.
I think is the window update problem on July 31 2022 cause this issue.
