Permanently banned for being AFK - Need Help!
I'm posting this here in hopes to get support from the maple community and for Nexon support to see the injustice in my false ban. I'm not going to give up and I'm going to keep fighting for my innocence.
My account (MistaCaieb Lvl 276 / GMS Reboot Bowmaster) was falsely banned permanently the night of 07/29/2022 while afking on my mule (MistaHokage) at Chu Chu Island. I do not hack or use any illegal 3rd party programs so I'm still unsure of how this could have happened. I have been playing for over 10 years, never been banned before and have supported this game as an MVP Diamond for the last several years. I also met my wife through this game in 2012 and we actually got married in real life back in 2018, so there is absolutely no reason for me to put my account at risk to destroy the fond and nostalgic memories we created. Wife and I planned to duo all bosses together in this game, one of our biggest goals was to clear BM together when we were both liberated in December. Now that dream is shattered. There was no transparency when I reached out to support, instead I received automated messages with the last one threatening to ban me from appealing my case. I don't agree to be punished for something I didn't do and want to continuing fighting for my innocence and that leads to why I'm posting this here.
