Cube Rates

Please give cube rates (tier-up rate and chances to roll each possible line) for ALL cubes, including new cubes such as Equality, Violet, and Unicubes, and familiar red cards. This was promised last year and KMS has these rates available to their players. GMS rates are different from KMS - we would like transparency on these items that we spend thousands of NX on.
