I have a suggestion to add a account reset button on the game launcher or on the Nexon website when you login with your ID (In case people use Steam). I think this would be a convenience for all the players for example when they receive the message "This ID is already logged in" I know that normally the issue would resolve itself after you wait 15 minutes before trying to login again. But I have seen many cases were it doesn't. It recently happened to my own account. And because of this you only got 2 options. 1 is to wait for a maintenance which can take up to 2 weeks if it's not scheduled. 2 is to ticket Nexon which can take up to 3 days. I think that this suggestion would lower the work load for the staff when they have less tickets to handle and when these kind of issues happen with future patches.
