Will non-GMS classes (JMS) also become 2min burst?

Since many 4 minute classes in KMS have become 2 minute burst classes with reduced damage (Ark, Hero etc), will Princess No's Vow also be changed from 4 minutes to 2 minutes? Also, we have seen support skills become more flexible (benediction). This allows for Bishops to play as both a 2 and 3 minute burst class. Will Kanna have any consideration in changing domain into a skill such as benediction as this class has currently 2 minute small burst, 3min14s on domain, 4 minute on princess no. Non of the cool downs really match up for a cohesive burst.

If JMS classes dont get QOL change too, why play any non-KMS class
