Brief bug summary:
"Lightning Orb" is a keydown skill with a cooldown of 60 seconds, in KMS, this skill will turn to cooldown upon used and the cooldown will not be recalculated from 60 seconds when the skill ends. But in GMS, it is not the same, it will turn to cooldown upon used , but then the cooldown will be recalculated from 60 seconds when the skill ends. This bug has lasted 1 year.
