Bring Back Melody Coin Shop for Burning World

I have no idea who thought it was a good idea to just completely remove the melody coin shop in burning world without giving some grace period like in the regular server. If you're gonna do it in one server, do it for the rest as well....

Edit: Nvm, Nexon had everything covered and made it so that the coins carry over once you transfer.
