Brief bug summary:
Lightning Orb is a keydown skill with a cooldown of 60 seconds, in KMS, this skill will turn to cooldown upon used and the cooldown will not be recalculated from 60 seconds when the skill ends. But in GMS, it is not the same, the cooldown will be recalculated from 60 seconds when the skill ends.
