Hoyoung Missing Trainee 2 Infinite Bug Loop

In the quest where you have to choose from 3 items, choosing paper leads to an infinite dialogue loop. It's impossible to progress further - after forfeiting AND making a new Hoyoung to the same point, and a 3rd Hoyoung on a different world. Sucks because I want to fund this character but can't even make it.
