This quest is not in the event notifier. This needs to be fixed cause we can't start the event.

    It is there, in a special sub-notifier shaped like a circus tent.
    If you can't see it, you might be underleveled (minimum level to participate is 101), or you might be in a map that blocks those types of quests. Try again from a normal town map.
