I just got to 1800 coins and became Junior Designer Rank but there is no quest (‘[Night Troupe] Come and Experience A Thrilling Glacier Dive!’) to get a diving suit.
I have gotten completely off the game and back on and still no quest

    As mentioned in the Update Notes, Glacier Diving opens on October 12.
