Unable to finish "The God of Battle"

Hello,

I tried using the search function however the results are way to broad and not possible to find what I´m looking for.

I am unable to complete the quest "The God of Battle" in the Afterlands, due to me being unable to collect the Gold Coins from NPC Joel after the wall has been broken. I have looked for answers on the internet and found that this seems to be a bug. Is there any fix for this yet? Normally I would just let this go but it seems that these Totems you get for completing the quest line are quite important.

Any help you can give me would be amazing!
