Sunny sunday - failed to get to 15*

I was upgrading my 14-star arcane umbra knight gloves on a sunny sunday where it's supposed to be 100% success rate to 15 stars, however it failed. I was in the night troupe tent so maybe that's why but it should still have been 100%. Please fix and reimburse for the fails and upgrades. Update: it failed outside of the tent.

    The 100% is for going from 15 to 16, not from 14 to 15.
