Not receiving verification E-mail.

I'm not receiving the verification code when logging in the nexon launcher (ive always received it in the past though ).
its not in my spam folder either. and i tried adding nexon to the safe recipient list.

Any idea how i can get the verification code .. ?
or is this nexon's kish nerf-> totem nerf -> account nerf
